minimum length for calls in tariff

An outgoing call will always be counted as 60s or more. This means that I cannot simple compare the total outgoing call time to the number of minutes in my tariff. 5 phone calls will add at least 5 minutes to my minutes spent even if I have made calls of 10 seconds. In the current situation I will see 50 seconds of outgoing call time while my provider will count it as 5 minutes. In the Netherlands most people have a tariff like this. What I suggest is to give users the option to have a minimum call length in their tariff.

I concur. This is the first thing I noticed while analyzing my call logs. Based on my experience all service providers charge by rounding off calls to the next minute. e.g. a call duration of 1min 1sec is effectively costs 2min on the phone bill.
